Dr. Ruben was the Chair of the Vegetable Advocacy Forum. It's a pity I didn't know he was the Villareal Chancilor during my time in UPLB. He was so much FUN, made the forum light and lively.

Labs ko talaga ang vegetables. Ask ko lang, considered pa rin bang staple vegetable ang "uray" or Amaranthus spinosus?

hello! "Amaranthus spinosus" is a weed. pero nakakain siya and is best when young pa kase ang mga mature tends to be woody (stems). heheheh...and yeah, mahal ko rin ang vegetables. sabi nga ni Dr. Ruben, "Tayo ay kumain ng gulay para humaba ang buhay!"
